About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps run store shifts, provide excellent customer service, work toward store goals, support the General Manager across business operations, and lead team members during shifts. The role requires upholding store policies and brand standards while serving as a role model and brand ambassador. This is an hourly position with competitive pay and bonus opportunities. The employer is K&K Family Ventures, an independent Domino’s franchisee.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Strong communication and verbal skills.
Outgoing, positive, and upbeat attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Run effective store shifts and provide excellent customer service.
Work toward store goals and assist the General Manager with business operations.
Lead, train, and coach team members to achieve product, service, and image standards.
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and the brand image.
Manage the store and team in a high-volume environment and meet service goals.
Develop organizational and inventory skills.
Operate store equipment, including tending the oven.
Resolve problems and use time-management and multitasking skills in a competitive work environment.
Provide a positive environment for customers and team members while taking orders.
Schedule and manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
Learn and implement marketing tools.
Maintain store cleanliness and follow board of health standards.
Follow accurate cash-handling procedures.
Work with and lead team members to achieve store goals.
