About The Position

Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls and customer relations. They are expected to follow all company policies and procedures and to ensure employees and coworkers do the same.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities and operations during the assigned shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Handle customer relations and provide great customer service.
• Set an example by following all policies and procedures, and expect and enforce compliance from employees and coworkers.
• Manage staffing and paperwork.
• Manage food operations and work to a schedule.
