About The Position

Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager with the opportunity to grow toward a General Manager role. The company provides a paid training program; prior pizza experience is not required. The position offers opportunities to develop management and customer-service experience and advance within a company with 56 stores across the United States. The role also includes supporting community initiatives, such as raising funds for local charitable donations, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Requirements

Must be over 18 years of age.
Must have at least one year of management experience.
Must be available either Saturday or Sunday, or every other weekend.
To drive for business purposes, an 18-year-old must show at least two years of driving history immediately before the motor vehicle record evaluation; a 19-year-old must show at least one year.
A learner’s permit may count toward driving history only when documented by an appropriate governmental authority; an officially stated license is required.
Drivers must have no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
Drivers may not have specified disqualifying violations, including leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.

Responsibilities

Support store management and customer service operations.
Help raise funds for local charitable donations and support community initiatives, including feeding people in need and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries, if required.
