About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a team member to prepare and serve customers in a store environment. The role involves making products to standard specifications, operating equipment, maintaining store cleanliness, and processing orders in person and over the phone. Team members work to a schedule and are expected to provide great customer service while meeting quality standards. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement, including management development, are offered.

Requirements

Must be older than 18.
Must be available to work between 3 and 11.
Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to operate a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter information.
Ability to stand for most tasks and walk short distances.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Near- and mid-range vision and depth perception for in-store tasks.
Ability to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds and stack them on shelves up to 72 inches high.
Ability to direct activities, work under stress, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Prepare products to standard specifications.
Clean equipment and the facility daily and maintain store cleanliness.
Work to a schedule and meet attendance and punctuality expectations.
Maintain a professional image and adhere to standards.
Provide great customer service and process orders over the phone and in person.
Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work independently and with others, perform repetitive tasks, and meet quality-control standards.
Unload and stack product deliveries, including cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
