About The Position

The Assistant Manager manages the overall operations of the store and is responsible for store operations in the absence of the General Manager. The role includes performing essential pizza-making duties, training new hires, opening and closing the store, communicating with team members, coordinating and leading staff activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, and maintaining safety and security.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Reliable transportation.
• Two-year clean driving history.
• Valid insurance.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
