About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise group, is hiring an Assistant Manager for restaurant management with a path toward General Manager. The role supports the Store Manager across restaurant operations and includes leading and developing team members, serving customers, maintaining operating standards, and helping manage the store’s financial and business performance. The employer provides paid training, including one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.

Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
