About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The role helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and requires regular, predictable onsite attendance.

The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, cares about customers, and sets an example for staff by demonstrating urgency, patience, and leadership.

• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
