About The Position
The Assistant Manager operates store equipment; stocks ingredients in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; prepares products; and receives and processes telephone and walk-up customer orders. The role also includes delivering products by car to customers’ doors. The Assistant Manager is responsible for food and product accuracy, inventory accountability, labor accountability, employee productivity, and accurate cash handling. The role includes coaching and training employees across all areas and maintaining a clean, professionally run store. The store can provide a complete list of job duties.
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
- Clean equipment and the facility continuously.
- Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
- Ensure food and product accuracy and maintain inventory accountability.
- Maintain labor accountability and employee productivity.
- Handle cash and ensure cash accuracy.
- Coach and train employees in all areas.
- Maintain a clean and professionally run store.
