About The Position
PNW Domino’s is hiring leaders for its General Manager in Training (GMiT) program. The Assistant Manager helps maintain a positive, collaborative work environment and supports team development by teaching coworkers, helping them improve their skills, and explaining the importance of workplace rules and procedures. The role includes customer service, food preparation, store upkeep, cash and inventory control, and assistance with scheduling and staffing. Pay is listed by level: Shift Manager, $19.30 per hour; AM1, $19.80 per hour; AM2, $20.30 per hour; AM3, $21.30 per hour; and AM4, $22.30 per hour. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington State law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Retail or food-service background.
- People skills and comfort talking to strangers.
- Positive attitude, dependability, punctuality, and ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to make suggestions and help when needed.
- Ability to multitask and manage time.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with a team, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.

- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle in Washington State, with a valid license and insurance (preferred).
