About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising, while maintaining high standards and providing fast, friendly customer service. The Assistant Manager is expected to provide regular and predictable onsite attendance and help execute the food program. The role calls for customer focus, urgency, patience, and leadership, and offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to build a career in management.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, using eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
