About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for all activities during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The role requires setting an example for the crew, following all policies and procedures, and ensuring the crew does the same. Responsibilities also include staffing, paperwork, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining the store’s image and standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to and from work, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for work-related transportation.
• Current, active vehicle insurance meeting state requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
• Proven track record of enforcing compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and inventory management.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to maintain professional standards.
• Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance.
