About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with a high-energy, team-oriented approach. The role helps deliver a welcoming customer experience and ensures food and beverages are prepared to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. Supervisors coach team members, oversee product availability and merchandising, and help maintain clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 years of age for certain tasks.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
