About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls and customer relations. They set an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures and holding the team to the same standards. The role involves managing staffing, paperwork, food, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and customer service. The assistant manager leads a shift team of approximately 3 to 25 people and helps maintain a positive, well-run workplace.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team; the role manages a shift staff of approximately 3 to 25 people.
• A reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong judgment, math, multitasking, attitude, and motivational skills.
• Serve as a role model with high standards for punctuality, attitude, and appearance.
• Willingness to work when the team needs you most.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities and operations during the assigned shift.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash.
