About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps run a Domino’s Pizza store while learning through hands-on experience how to become a General Manager. The role supports store operations, team development, customer service, and product quality. Career paths may include becoming a Trainer or Regional Manager, and eligible store managers may apply for franchising opportunities after successfully managing a Domino’s Pizza store for at least one year. Assistant Managers are paid between $18.00 and $19.50.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Friendly and able to work well with others.
