About The Position

Cousins Subs is seeking a shift leader to keep the store on track, support the crew, and lead with energy and focus. The Shift Manager leads the team during a shift, helps maintain smooth service, and steps in across store tasks as needed. This role supports team members through coaching and training while ensuring food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness. The Shift Manager also handles minor issues and helps create a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
• Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
• Good communication skills and a positive leadership style.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during a shift and keep service running smoothly.
• Help with preparation, cashiering, the sandwich line, and cleaning as needed.
• Coach team members and train new hires.
• Ensure food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Handle minor issues and help create a great guest experience.
