About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of running a Domino’s Pizza store, including leading the team, maintaining high customer-service standards, and ensuring exceptional product quality. The role may offer opportunities to apply for franchising after successfully managing a Domino’s Pizza store for at least one year, or to pursue career paths as a Trainer or Regional Manager. The stated salary is $1,275.00; managers may also earn bonuses and incentives based on store profitability and overall performance. The role requires working a minimum of five closing nights per week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows work in the United States.
- Some management experience is a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Friendly and able to work well with others.
- Able to work under the stress of a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and efficient in time management.
- Must work weekends.
- Motivational, enthusiastic, and able to train and develop a team.
- Able to follow Team Sharma Domino’s policies and work as part of a team.
- Able to answer store calls after the first ring.
