About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The role helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and requires regular and predictable onsite attendance.

The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, cares about customers, and sets a positive example for staff through urgency, patience, and leadership. The position offers varied tasks in a fast-paced environment and opportunities to build a career in management.

• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
