About The Position

The Assistant Manager progresses through four management stages, receiving training and hourly pay increases as they learn, with the opportunity to advance to supervising a store. Assistant Managers are responsible for all store operations during their shifts, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations. They perform Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties, manage shift staff, serve customers, prepare products according to standards, deliver orders, and maintain restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage between 3 and 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products quickly and accurately in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
