About The Position
The Assistant Manager performs store operations duties and works productively in a team environment while overseeing employees. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, and scheduling may change from week to week. Management training and on-the-job orientation and training are provided. Duties include operating equipment; stocking ingredients from delivery into storage, the work area, and walk-in cooler; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone orders; taking inventory and completing related paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role also includes delivery-related requirements. Employees must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and two years of driving history, meet the company's safe-driving standards after an MVR check, maintain current liability insurance, and wear a seatbelt while driving for the company. Personal vehicles used for delivery must pass a safety inspection. Drivers may be required to use a cartop sign unless their vehicle cannot accept the fittings.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license and two years of driving history.
- Motor vehicle record must demonstrate a safe driving history and conform to company standards.
- Maintain current liability insurance at all times.
- Wear a seatbelt while driving for the company.
- Personal vehicles used for delivery must pass a safety inspection.
