About The Position
Domino’s is seeking a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The position pays $17.00–$18.00 per hour. The Assistant Manager leads shifts, supports team members, performs food-service and customer-service tasks, and assists the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals. Restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred, and training is provided. Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. Management training and advancement to General Manager may be available based on performance and open positions. Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
- Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
- Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
- Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
- Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
