About The Position

The Assistant Manager performs general store-team duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas into storage and work areas, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing related paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role involves continuous hand use and frequent hand-and-eye coordination. Duties may include shaping pizza dough, handling pizza tools, assembling cardboard pizza boxes, and using store equipment and work aids.

Requirements

• Essential eye-hand coordination.
• Continuous use of hands during the day, with frequent activities requiring one or both hands.
• Frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists when shaping pizza dough.
• Ability to manipulate a pizza peel to remove pizza from the oven and use a rolling cutter.
• Frequent and/or forceful pinching to assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
• Ability to grasp cans, a phone, a pizza cutter, a pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
