About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Sweetwater Terraces, a 165-unit apartment community in Duluth, Georgia. The Assistant Manager supports the Community Manager with the property’s daily operations. The role contributes to stable occupancy and budgeted financial goals, strong resident relationships, effective site personnel support, and positive relationships within the surrounding community. The position may require scheduled on-call availability and occasional evening and weekend work.

Requirements

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of previous property management experience.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or market-rate experience.
• Yardi software experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, motivating, and assisting site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
