About The Position

Domino’s is seeking a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to help lead the team, provide excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The starting pay is $17.00 per hour.

The Assistant Manager leads shifts, supports team members, and assists the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals. The role also includes customer service, food preparation, food safety, inventory, cash handling, and opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
