About The Position

Tidewater, a business development firm in Atlanta, is seeking an Assistant Manager Trainee to promote and educate potential consumers on behalf of its home improvement partner. The role is intended for entry-level professionals who will be trained for a management role within the next few months. The Assistant Manager Trainee helps ensure sales teams operate smoothly and supports revenue growth while representing a top brand and developing management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Must be able to commute to the office every day.
• At least 12 months of experience in a client-facing role.
• Working toward an associate or bachelor's degree at a university or college.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a professional setting.
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
