About The Position

This is not an entry-level job — it is a leadership opportunity built for someone who has already proven they can lead. We are looking for an established leader from another industry who is ready for a fresh challenge and a long-term home. You will join us at the Assistant Manager level and step into a structured Manager in Training program. You bring leadership, the work ethic, and the ability to connect with people. We will teach you everything about our business — the products, the buying and selling, the industry, and the craft. No jewelry or luxury-retail background is required. What matters is that you know how to lead a team and build relationships, and that you are ready to learn an entirely new trade from people who genuinely want to see you succeed. There is a clear, supported path from Manager in Training to Assistant Manager to Store Manager and beyond. Requirements

  • A proven leader — previous experience leading, supervising, or managing a team, in any industry
  • A natural relationship builder — a track record of creating strong, repeat customer or client relationships
  • A stable, committed professional — a consistent work history that shows tenure and follow-through (we are building for the long term, and so should you)
  • A genuine learner — curious, coachable, and excited to master a brand-new industry
  • A strong communicator who leads with integrity and shows up the same way every single day

Responsibilities

  • Learn our business from the ground up — products, processes, buying, selling, and the luxury-retail craft — with hands-on mentorship from experienced leaders
  • Lead by example — set the tone for service, professionalism, and store culture every day
  • Build lasting customer relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal, repeat clients
  • Coach and support the team alongside store leadership as you grow into full management responsibility
  • Help drive store performance through relationship-building, consistent service, and sound day-to-day operations
  • Represent the Braswell & Son brand with the warmth, integrity, and polish our customers expect
