At Honest Abe Roofing, you'll oversee 1-2 crews per day, manage projects from start to finish, and play a critical role in one of America's fastest-growing roofing companies. Requirements
- 3+ years of roofing production experience
- Has led crews or managed projects
- Takes ownership and accountability
- Communicates professionally
- Solves problems instead of creating them
- Wants to grow into leadership
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily roofing production
- Coordinate crews, materials, and scheduling
- Conduct job-site inspections and quality control
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
