You will oversee 1-2 crews per day, manage projects from start to finish, and play a critical role in one of America's fastest-growing roofing companies. This role is ideal for a foreman, superintendent, or production manager who takes pride in doing things the right way and is looking for their next career step. Requirements

• 3+ years of roofing production experience
• Has led crews or managed projects
• Takes ownership and accountability
• Communicates professionally
• Solves problems instead of creating them

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily roofing production
• Coordinate crews, materials, and scheduling
• Conduct job-site inspections and quality control
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
