About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to support the General Manager in operating a Domino's store. The role helps implement operating standards, supervise employees, maintain inventory and supplies, and keep the facility and equipment clean. The Assistant Manager also participates in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, store maintenance, and rotating commissary deliveries, along with other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full-time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate people and build cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management experience.
• Previous quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store's General Manager with running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment meet company cleanliness standards.
• Supervise employees.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
