About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager. The role supports store operations and implementation of operating standards, supervises employees, and helps keep the facility and equipment clean and maintained. Duties also include inventory and supply counts, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding team members, and rotating commissary deliveries. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full-time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management experience and/or quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment meet company cleanliness standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
