About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to help run a Domino's location. The role provides managerial assistance to the General Manager in implementing operating standards and involves overseeing employees, maintaining the store and equipment, and handling inventory and supplies. The position also includes interviewing, hiring, and onboarding team members, rotating commissary deliveries, and performing other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time work availability.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to motivate people and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store's General Manager with running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are clean according to company standards.
• Supervise employees.

• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
