About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to help run a Domino's location. The role provides managerial assistance to the General Manager in implementing operating standards, supervising employees, maintaining the store and equipment, managing inventory and supplies, and supporting hiring and onboarding. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full-time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate people and build cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management and/or quick-service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store's General Manager with running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment meet company cleanliness standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
