About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager and help run the store in accordance with operating standards. The position includes overseeing inventory, facility and equipment cleanliness, employee supervision, hiring and onboarding, and store maintenance. The role also involves rotating commissary deliveries and performing other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full-time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are clean according to company standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other job duties as needed.
