About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager. The role supports daily store operations, employee supervision, inventory and supplies, and maintaining the facility and equipment according to company standards. The position also involves recruiting and onboarding team members, rotating commissary deliveries, and completing other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate people and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous management and/or quick-service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store's General Manager with running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are clean according to company standards.
• Supervise employees.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other job duties as needed.
