About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to assist the store's General Manager with running the store and implementing operating standards. The role includes managing inventory and supplies, maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment, supervising employees, and supporting the hiring and onboarding of new team members. The Assistant Manager also performs store cleaning and maintenance, rotates commissary deliveries, and handles other duties as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time work availability.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous management experience and/or quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities
