About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to help run a Domino's location. The role assists the store's General Manager in implementing operating standards and overseeing store operations. Duties include managing inventory and supplies, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and equipment, supervising employees, supporting hiring and onboarding, maintaining the store, and rotating commissary deliveries. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be available to work full-time.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate people and build cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management and/or quick-service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store's General Manager with running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are clean according to company standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
