About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to help run a Domino's location. The role provides managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in implementing operating standards and supporting store operations. Duties include managing inventory and supplies, maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment, supervising employees, and helping recruit and onboard team members. The position also involves cleaning and maintaining the store and its equipment, rotating commissary deliveries, and performing other duties as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Full-time work availability.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to motivate people and build cohesive teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities
