About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to help run a Domino's location. The role provides managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in implementing operating standards. Duties include inventory and supply counts, maintaining facility and equipment cleanliness, supervising employees, interviewing and onboarding new team members, cleaning and maintaining the store and its equipment, rotating commissary deliveries, and completing other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time work availability.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience.
