About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a friendly and motivated Assistant Manager Store to assist the General Manager with running the store and implementing operating standards. The role includes managing inventory and supplies, maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment, supervising employees, and supporting hiring and onboarding. The position also involves cleaning and maintaining the store and its equipment, rotating commissary deliveries, and completing other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time work availability.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management and/or quick-service restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running the store and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are clean according to company standards.
