Assistant Manager: Ski & Ride School - Hourly

Requirements
- Strong communication, leadership skills and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and RPOS
- Minimum of two years working full-time at a ski resort
- Leadership development and team collaboration
- Ability to work in inclement weather and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Further background check clearances by the State of Pennsylvania
Nice To Haves
- PSIA/AASI Level 1 or higher certification
- Children Specialist or Adaptive certifications
- College degree in education or related field
- Experience supervising in a ski and ride school setting
- 1 Year of inventory or scheduling management experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned programming, ensuring lesson quality and guest satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business demand and financial goals.
- Supervise support staff and team leads in lesson support, check-in, and check-out processes.
- Maintain and improve indoor and outdoor facilities including base areas and learning zones.
- Collaborate with Product Sales & Services to ensure appropriate instructor assignments.
- Provide coaching and development for instructors and support staff.
- Resolve guest concerns and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Uphold safety standards and company policies.
- Stay current in the industry and participate in PSIA/AASI events.
- Other duties as assigned.
