About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our Family Fun Center, ensuring a fun, safe, and memorable experience for our guests of all ages. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive revenue, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and facility operations.

Requirements

  • Preferred minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a family entertainment center, amusement park, hospitality, or retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds for inventory or equipment handling.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the Fun Center, including attractions (e.g., arcade games, laser tag, mini golf, go-karts) food, and beverage services, and party/event spaces.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 20-50 employees, including shift supervisors, ride operators, and customer service staff. Foster a positive team-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the center through local advertising, social media, and community partnerships. Plan and execute special events, birthday parties, and group bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain safety standards.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and maintenance contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of attractions and facilities.
