This role is based out of our Burnaby Head Office and requires in-office attendance three days per week to support collaboration and team connection. As an Assistant Manager, Channel Operations, you will play an essential role in supporting the growth and performance of one of BCAA’s dynamic business lines. Highly organized, you’ll build processes and see through activities related to sales and operations of the channels. You’re a problem solver. You love a challenge and are always eager to hop in to find solutions. You have the initiative and drive to see the big picture to help shape BCAA’s business and sales growth. You’re highly organized with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. You’re a strong people leader. Exceptional creative thinking and writing skills with a natural ability to establish effective working relationships.
