The Assistant Manager ensures proper functioning facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance. Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of the building maintenance technicians in the performance of routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance on a variety of utilities (gas, water, sewer, electrical), commercial kitchen, and building electro-mechanical systems and equipment. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other departments. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from Manager.
