About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. The role is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. Managers are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure their crew does the same. The company offers opportunities to learn the skills needed to become a General Manager and promotes from within. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.

- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
