About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring shift runners and assistant managers for management positions. As a member of the management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are expected to set an example, follow all policies and procedures, and expect the same of your crew. The company describes the work as fun and flexible and offers opportunities to advance toward becoming a General Manager. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and the company promotes from within.
Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
