About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members, including shift runners and assistant managers. These positions involve overseeing everything that happens during a shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Managers are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The company offers opportunities to learn the skills needed to become a General Manager and promotes from within. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
