About The Position

Domino's is hiring management team members for assistant manager and shift runner positions. The role is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The manager is expected to set an example by following all company policies and procedures and expecting the same from the crew. The position offers an opportunity to learn skills for advancement to General Manager, and the company promotes from within. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
