About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members to work as Assistant Managers and Shift Runners. The role is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. Team members are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same from their crew. The position offers the opportunity to learn skills for advancement to General Manager, and Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. The company promotes from within.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
