Requirements
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of property lighting.
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of pools and pool equipment.
- Appliance repair, troubleshooting, and installation.
- HVAC equipment repair, including major component replacement.
- Electrical wiring and systems repair.
- Electrical motors and equipment repair.
- General plumbing, including valve replacements and more complex repairs.
- General carpentry and painting.
- Ability to check apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural damage, excessive wear, and faulty parts.
- Ability to report needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site.

Responsibilities

- Establishes rapport with Residents and provides personalized service.
- Handles Resident inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Works with contractors as needed.
- Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs property lighting, pools and pool equipment, appliance repair/troubleshooting/installation, HVAC equipment repair, major component replacement, electrical wiring and systems, electrical motors and equipment, general plumbing, valve replacements, more complex repairs, general carpentry, and painting.
- Checks apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural damage, excessive wear, and faulty parts and reports all needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site.
