Requirements

  • Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of property lighting.
  • Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of pools and pool equipment.
  • Appliance repair, troubleshooting, and installation.
  • HVAC equipment repair, including major component replacement.
  • Electrical wiring and systems repair.
  • Electrical motors and equipment repair.
  • General plumbing, including valve replacements and more complex repairs.
  • General carpentry and painting.
  • Ability to check apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural damage, excessive wear, and faulty parts.
  • Ability to report needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes rapport with Residents and provides personalized service.
  • Handles Resident inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Works with contractors as needed.
  • Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs property lighting, pools and pool equipment, appliance repair/troubleshooting/installation, HVAC equipment repair, major component replacement, electrical wiring and systems, electrical motors and equipment, general plumbing, valve replacements, more complex repairs, general carpentry, and painting.
  • Checks apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural damage, excessive wear, and faulty parts and reports all needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site.
