Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment.
- Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
- Working with a one box set up mindset, to ensure quality expectations are met & minimize waste.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a corrugated packaging facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Set up and assist operate either Rotary Die Cutter or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
- Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
- Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
