Machine Operator/Assistant
About The Position
This is a full-time Machine Operator/Assistant position with a pay rate of $25.60 per hour. The shift is from 6pm to 6am on a 2-2-3 schedule. Week 1 includes Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, while Week 2 includes Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The role involves counting and stacking finished product, reading factory orders, accurately reading gauges and test equipment, utilizing basic shop math, inspecting products, and completing quality and administrative documents. Additionally, the position includes clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap.
